Investigadora do CEIS20 e membro do Conselho Editorial da Revista online Debater a Europa.
Oradora em várias conferências nacionais e internacionais sobre direito do urbanismo e direito da união europeia e redatora de Relatórios Nacionais em projetos financiados pela Comissão Europeia.

Graduated by the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (5 years graduation), grade 18/20 (1999);
Received “Doutor Manuel de Andrade” award, that distinguishes the student with the best final graduation mark, 1999;
Concluded Degree in Planning and Environmental Law ministered at the University of Coimbra (2002);
Awarded with the “Dr. Francisco Salgado Zenha” Prize, destined to distinguish best essays in the field of Human Rights Protection (2000);
Defended the Dissertation “The Principle of Proportionality in Community Law: A Jurisdictional Scrutiny Perspective”, grade 18/20 (2004);
Received the “Doutor Afonso Rodrigues Queiró” award, for the best dissertation on public legal sciences (2006);
Is currently finishing the thesis on the subject of extraterritorial effects of foreign public acts and the theory of recognition and enforcement under the guidance of Rui Manuel Moura Ramos, former President of the Portuguese Constitutional Court.
